About Your Coach

Carline Hooker
Founder of NetworKIT Coaching
I used to hate networking…
20 years of advertising industry experience has allowed me to transform consultative sales skills into networking hacks that have grown revenue consistently for sales organizations. With a true focus on relationship building at scale, I have been successful at securing strong connections externally (driving sales), as well as internally (building a strong team to rally around client success). In my first sales role, within a few years, I was able to grow a struggling sales desk from $600k in annual revenue to over $4MM consistently.
After leaving the industry for a 15 month sabbatical, I was able to quickly duplicate my advertising sales success at another organization. It was then I realized that the practical skills and tools I curated were unique and valuable for not just salespeople, and NetworKIT was born.
NetworKIT helps entrepreneurs, business professionals, and students by offering practical solutions to build, nurture, and maintain your network in organic and sustainable ways—by leading with connection. NetworKIT’s content is currently available through workshops and mixers that have attendees leaving with the confidence they need to become a resource for others, and trust that the resources they need are within reach for themselves.
